The Oscar Mayer Cyber Cinema was the first ever Superbowl Cyber Halftime Show

In 1997 the Oscar Mayer Cyber Cinema collaborated with other companies such as Sega and Nickelodeon to create the first cyber half timeshow for Super Bowl XXXI on www.superbowl.com (Green Bay Packers 35 - New England Patriots 21). Created by Madison, Wisconsin based Woodland Communications, SupraNet provided back-up server support and bandwidth security to ensure functionality and avoid a possible crash or any embarrassing downtime. The first ever Superbowl cyber event went on without a hitch.
